TỔ HỢPTÁC HƯƠNG CHÈ VĨNH TÂN là tổ hợp tác được thành lập theo Quyết định 185/QĐ-UBND ngày 24 tháng 9 năm 2021 của Ủy ban nhân dân xã TânTrào theo Nghị định 77/2019/NĐ-CP của Thủ tướng Chính phủ ban hành ngày 10tháng 10 năm 2019 về Tổ hợp tác. Để phục vụ cho việc truy xuất và xác thực nguồn gốctheo yêu cầu của Hiệp định EVFTA và thực hiện theo yêu cầu của Cục Bảo vệ thựcvật quy định tại TCCS 775:2020/BVTV, Tổ hợp tác và bà con nông dân với sự hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ của Chi cục trồng trọt và bảo vệ thực vật  tỉnh Tuyên Quang, hướng dẫn của Cục bảo vệ thực vật,  theo Mô hình OTAS (Thực hành, hiểu biết, lý luận, quy định, biểu mẫu)  thực hiện nghiêm quy định của EU và hướng dẫn của Cục Bảo vệ thực vật. Vinh Tan Huong Che Cooperative Group is a cooperative established under Decision 185/QD-UBND of Tan Trao People's Committee dated 24 September 2021in conformity with Decree 77/2019/ND-CP of the Prime Minister dated 10 October 2019 providing for establishment of cooperatives.  For the purpose origin tracing and authenticity of Vinh Tan Tea product, with guidelines of Tuyen Quang Crop Management and Plant Protection Authority and the Plant Protection Department, uder OTAS model (practice, understanding, knowledge, law and form), Vinh Tan Huong Che Cooperative commits to comply with EU regulations and Vietnam regulations on food safety.
